I was looking for a personalised mug of all of my fur babies and came across this site. The reviews were all positive and the pictures looked just what I was after. I drafted the mug and added the animals in (I'd say the images perfectly represent my four). I wanted something adding to the mug so sent an email via messenger and had a reply straight back answering my question.
There were issues with royal mail and tracking (Royal Mails issue), but after enquiring Paul informed me of the issue and said would keep me updated. The following day my order arrived and it was perfect. Really happy with the item and have used it lots already.
