I think the product was lovely I bought them for my family for Christmas. The recipient's agreed and are really happy with them. I only thing I will say which is a negative, one of the mugs I ordered had the persons name on that was spelt wrong. I tried to email the company to ask if it was my fault on the order and I got no reply. I then tried to contact again and no response. I ended up purchasing another to replace, I would possibly not buy from the company again as poor customer service.

I bought 4 of these for Christmas presents and they are lovely. Only thing is 1 had got my nieces name spelt wrong on the mug and there’s no way of checking as to whether it was my mistake or not as the mug on the order is not my mug that I ordered
